Dwight Alan Bowlby has been an active property tax consultant since 1973. During his 42 years as a tax consultant he’s represented many property owners throughout Texas and the Southwest and has generated annual tax savings totaling millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. He graduated from East Central State University in Ada, Oklahoma in 1970 with a BA in Geography and History. Mr. Bowlby holds a Charter Membership and Senior Member Certification from the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals, is registered as a Senior Property Tax Consultant with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, and is a member in good standing with the Texas Association of Assessing Officers, the International Association of Assessing Officers and the Institute of Property Taxation.
