Throughout Richard Taylor’s forty year career, he has acquired a broad array of knowledge in the commercial real estate industry.  His responsibilities have encompassed real estate asset management, operating-expense and tax auditing, property valuation, and personnel management at various levels.  Rich has extensive knowledge in the areas of business development, strategic management, and personnel management to ensure timely performance and quality control.  In addition, his experience includes real estate lease and purchase negotiations, from both the legal and technical perspectives.

As Real Estate Manager for Alexander & Alexa nder Services, Rich managed the company’s real estate leases for approximately one hundred offices throughout the United States.  Rich also has extensive experience as the Manager of Property Taxes and as a Legal Negotiator for MCI’s Law Department.  Prior to that, Rich worked within Digital’s Corporate Acquisitions Group and spent five years as a Commercial Assessor for the City of Boston.
