Position: Director of Auditing

Shawn Hoye is the Director of Auditing for USTCG. He contributes over thirty years of experience and knowledge as a CPA, the last twenty three years in the real estate industry. He brings a diverse background and skills in the accounting and real estate industry to the USTCG team. Shawn’s deep understanding of commercial and retail leases combined with his accounting background ensures that each client receives the highest quality service, and he has been instrumental in improving and standardizing the internal auditing program and reporting process within USTCG. Shawn works closely and effectively with both clients and landlords, reviewing leases and negotiating settlements of audit issues. 

Previous positions include working as an Audit Supervisor with Alexander & Alexander Services, Inc. and as a Senior Financial Analyst with Columbia Freestate, Inc. 

Shawn earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from Loyola College in Baltimore, and is a member of the AICPA as well as other civic and community associations.
