Steve Letman performs appraisals and real estate valuation and property tax consultation services. Mr. Letman graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and has completed courses in real estate appraisal presented by the Society of Real Estate Appraisers, the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers, the International Right-of-Way Association and the International Association of Assessing Officers. Since 1970 Mr. Letman has applied his expertise to a wide range of valuation problems, including market value, leasehold and leased fee estates, easements, and eminent domain. Mr. Letman has been qualified as an expert in the valuation of real estate by the State Board of Assessment Appeals of Colorado, the Board of Tax Appeals of Washington, the Kentucky State Board of Tax Appeals, and District Courts of Adams and Arapahoe Counties, Colorado. In addition, he has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Colorado since 1979 and is a State Certified General Appraiser in Colorado and Nevada. Previous positions include Vice President and Senior Consultant for a national property tax consulting firm, and employment by the City and County of Denver where he held positions of Coordinator of Property Acquisition in the Land Office and Real Property Appraiser in the Assessment Division.
